How much can you benchpress?

The other day I beat my cousin in an arm wrestle, and knowing that he can benchpress 150kg, i thought i might go to his house and try. I was just wondering how much everyone else can do?

I'll tell you how much i can do after Christmas.

Max is 80kg for me, mnd you I can only do 2 reps of that.

I did it back when I was 14. Can't remember how much, but it was a great feeling.

150kg! thats a fair bit, one of my samoan mates from my old school could do 120kg and he was all muscle, best for his age in the country at discus aswell.

My dad can do 170kg, but hes just a country bumpkin who's done manual labour all his life.

Im afraid if I try anything over 100kg, my guts will come flying out of my rectum or some other bodily or some other outlet....

Can do 80 on free weights bench press, though maybe more on a machine i don't know.. Anyone who can do 150 must be a complete animal!!
