Way to early to write off all of the other candidates. Things will become clearer when most of the dead wood has dropped out.

Apart from any other criteria, Biden's age must surely be an obstacle.

Yeah I'm not aware of any systematic studies but I've have said most mass shooters are very well-off. It's definitely true that Westerners who join ISIS are almost all very well-off. Just speculating but I think it's because comfortable lives are more likely to feel like they lack meaning.

Brevik not only had a well paying job but he also made a huge chunk of money running a business on top of the job and investing in stocks. In fact, he did all that extra stuff after he was radicalized because he dedicated himself to earn a lot of money in a short span of time in order to fund his attack.

not sure that's true. According to the sentencing documents he made some money on a diploma mill fraud which gave him some initial capital for the stock trading, and lived the last few years before the attack in his mother's basement playing WoW.

Many of his peers would have started similar entrepreneurial careers with more success (and even in some cases lower levels of fraud), and I've seen it suggested that this bred his resentment.

I think the guy from Las Vegas was pretty wealthy, an accountant about to retire iirc. net worth of a couple million. Although i'm not sure he left anything to indicate why he did it.

My friend of Argentinian/Italian heritage visited it for only two hours while passing through and still managed to get called a filthy wog from across the main street.
