You're missing the point, there's several here ( I can't be arsed naming them), who essentially repeat the same things every second day, but from the other side of the fence, but nobody decides to call them out on tiresome posting.

if you genuinely do believe there are other posters here whose posting predominantly consists of the same three or four basic recycled points over and over advanced in a notably abrasive manner, please, point it out.

ausage, gimh, pews etc all have very similar views, and yet people are able to hold perfectly reasonable debates with them regularly without complaining about obnoxiousness. i doubt this is coincidental.

    Is it though?

Maybe if the fence was transparent they'd be able to

Gotta start somewhere. And I remember reading an article this week that said solar panel efficiency has been improved by 45% after using a new material. Manufacturing cost atms are high because of the shortage of that material but more demand for it would drive prices down if they find a way to mass produce it so in a few decades, we might not need an outrageously huge solar farm. Idk.

yeah, this is fair but ideas like the aforementioned belong in the very large and growing box of "extremely stupid silicon valley centrist liberal thought bubbles"

Yeah Shri was basically just making an economies of scale argument which is fine, but his phrasing is bound to trigger anyone who has studied economics in any way.
