Btw at what point do sensible people on the centre-right decide '**** this' and splinter off from the Tories?

To much of a lib dem, not harsh enough on immigrants, brexit not HARD enough...blah blah...

But bad jokes aside, Stewart has as good if not better chance than even Boris of stopping Jezza.

Where do you think the Lib Dems are re-emerging from?

Langeveldt: I of course blame their parents.. and unchecked immigration!
GingerFurball: He's Austrian, they tend to produce the odd ****ed up individual
Burgey: Be careful dealing with neighbours whose cars don't have wheels but whose houses do.

Isn't it roughly 20 % Tories who have fled to the lib dems? (that's what I remember reading)....imagine some were probably tolerating May as she wasn't a hard brexiter but someone like Johnson, Raab will send some more to the lib dems.

You havenít got a clue, have you?

People thinking only the insane end will flock to the Brexit Party just shows how deeply some remainers misunderstand Brexit supporters.

Anyway, just seen a poll based on various Tory leadership results. It was a screenshot I saw so I canít share (well I could attach but thatís a painful process)

Summary is, based on this poll

Johnson wins a clear majority of 140 seats
Raab wins the most seats but short of a majority
Everyone else except Stewart sees Labour get the most seats, albeit never a majority
Stewart sees Brexit Party get the most seats, but not a majority

Well, tbf to Furball (and he is trying very hard, so give him credit for effort) he did say "remain supporting" centre left/right. I doubt they will flock to the Brexit party.

He thinks everyone who supports Brexit is by definition the insane end though. Nothing he's said in the past few posts is really wrong in the context of what a Furball post is.

But there are ~no Remain Tories left. Sam Gyimah was the only 2nd referendumer on the leadership ballot and got 4 votes.

I think he meant that the insane end is the no-deal end.

A telegraph poll favorable to Boris

I just don't buy those numbers. I don't see how Boris can drive through a brexit that will appease the likes of James Brokenshire and Steve Baker. I don't think anyone could deliver such a majority in this era either with everything so fractured.

The Stewart numbers especially are bizarre, maybe he's not the man for them in 2019, but Brexit party getting 250 seats? Behave.
