Perhaps. Tomorrow if the don't get this wicket soon enough, heck, Mushy with his defensive mindset might be happier. If yesterday they had set the field and bowled like they had today, and of course chosen others to field at slip instead of Imrul and Soumya, Bangladesh would have been in such a...

Warner is all grit. You would not believe how many Warner fans are here in Bangladesh. They cheer for him if he gets to a hundred, and then they cheer harder when he gets out. LOL !

For the most part, yes. Even if it rains, when the sun comes out, it will be humid. Very, VERY humid! Yup. And you'd feel like the brownie that was baked wrong :kwasny:. Mehidy is pronounced May-hay-dee, but he spells his name as Mehidy. You got that correct, that is Brendon Julian doing...

Yup. At 35°C with 77% humidity it was energy sapping. It's 5:45 PM now in Dhaka, outside is 34°C and it feel like it's over 40°C! You take a shower, walk to the veranda, and then you have to go back in and take another shower! It will only get worse over the next 3 days I reckon. Spare a thought...

Pete would have done well to go off and send a nightwatchman in, but what a dedicated cricketer he is indeed. It was boiling hot out there. Thanks to their fantastic batting and **** field settings by Mushy, the Aussies ran away with today. The bowlers were to blame, yes, but surely Mushy did...

After 4+ hours of calm and a good night's sleep, Mushy might actually throw it away today. I just want the team to crawl to 320 somehow.

Thanks mate. Mushy promised to throw the kitchen sink at the Aussies. Quite clearly the first four batsmen were the sink it seems. I would not be surprised if he tries Soumya as a partnership breaker if things go south .

One can only hope. When he gets erratic, he keeps bowling down the wrong line, and does so quite confidently too. He has a positive frame of mind, both him and Mehidy does actually, I hope they come good again along with Shakib. I feel this would be a Test match for all those who did not perform...

A working spine, a faulty line, a bad shoulder and doubts in his mind. Fizzy seemed to have fizzled out quite a bit, eh?

Well, Bangladesh went in with only Mustafizur Rahman. I guess they would use Soumya a couple of times if needed to bowl his dibley-dobleys when needed.

"Oye! Ten thousand years will give you such a crick in the neck." Been a while since I have posted here. The weather makes things interesting as there is meant to be rain and scattered thundershowers at least one or twice everyday for the next four days in Chittagong. Knowing Bangladesh, their...

    *Official* Match 9 - Bangladesh v Ireland

What is the point of bringing that up here mate? All said and done, a good bowling performance and a terrible batting performance by Bangladesh :)! Well played Ireland.

    Best and Worst TV Commentators

..... The great Richi Benaud tops my list in terms of respect! Tony Greig and Sir Geoffrey Boycott are who I look forward to most often. But if there is one commentator who tops my list and I wish to hear in every match, it has to be David "Bumble" Loyd! He is just too entertaining to not have...

    Bangladesh Discussion!

..... It all boils down to either one of Nafees or Shuvo getting the cut. The coaches, selectors and captain don't want to break the Imrul-Tamim opening pair. Mahmudullah is a consolidator who can hit once he is nicely settled in. A better batsmen, an average bowler. Naeem in comparison to...
