Thats a bit unfair unless you drop the starting bounce as well....

Why? The purpose is to stop farcical results, as when the pitch wear gets high or the bounce gets erratic in ITC it tends to cause wickets to fall ridiculously often.

Anyway, we'll see how it goes when marc tests it.

You would think that the combination of high bounce and a lot of support to fast bowlers would also result in farcical results and too many wickets to fall in the first two days.

Not this season, but maybe next year the opportunity might rise (we're always looking at ways to improve the game)

I just thought that we could have used it as a tactical thing, asking our curator to prepare a turner against a side with very few quality spinners. No big deal. I think mine is a pretty good all-round cricket ground anyways. Bit of a chance for everyone.
