I think it's the strongest bowling attack we've had in an ODI in a long time.

Sir James of Franklin to lead us to victory
Hopefully he can pull off what Johnson did the other night

Damn, but well done to Vettori. And Guptill for reining himself in.

Given what happened last time we were 6 down I'm not going to relax until we get 250 at least. Yes Franklin is a lot better than Hopkins but it can't be easy flying halfway across the world to fill in.

It is no doubt. Bond, Mills, Tuffey and Vettori are all really good and at one stage each of them would have been considered our best bowler. Just need to protect Franklin a littlet; only have Elliott to be the fifth bowler with him now that Ryder is injured.

He always looks good. But he always gets out .

Normally long before this stage of the innings though.

I was talking about who Sri Lanka have to bowl and who the BC's have to bat.

Plus now with Ryder pulling his groin he probably won't be bowling or fielding.

If he beats the fielder the commentators all say "great shot, doesn't try to hit it too hard, just lifts it over the man". When he gets caught it's "stupid shot, didn't even try to hit it hard, just lofted it straight to the man!" You live by the waft, you die by the waft.

Very true. He has still lasted much longer than he usually does though.

Nice six there too.

Shot Guptill!!

Might as well take the Powerplay now, seems a bit of a waste to leave it until the last five overs.
