Offtopic but best wishes with Rudi Koertzen who is standing in today’s game. Daryll Cullinan has just said on commentary that Rudi is currently battling skin cancer (hence the Santa Claus beard).

Four down now, poor Zimbabwe. The two openers had obviously been to the Herschelle Gibbs school of batting, concrete feet and all.Originally Posted by oz_fan

It would be a pity if after 10 years without playing in India Brian Lara's fans don't see him bat today. Maybe he should open.
Very few people in the stadium and Windies will have more matches in this tournament. So not a big deal really.Originally Posted by stumpski

Just clicked on it. Good additions though cricbuzz is still faster. CI is still at least 2 balls slower than live.Originally Posted by marc71178

Gayle batted like an absolute tard.
I think this picture is very apt.
"If seaguls live by the sea, why dont bagals live by the bay?"
Lara finishes the match with two sixes after just fourteen overs. West Indies win by 9 wickets.
Well bearing in mind that they are doing it watching the TV in the office, it's always going to be slow - especially with the more detail they tend to put in.Originally Posted by Pratyush
Well, cricbuzz has more detailed commentary and equal details more or less and I don't see why doing it from office or wherever should result in slowness. As a consumer, end result should matter for me as well rather than why who is slower. CI would win more on the credibility though obviously.
