Start by Edwards won`t hurt the Windies chances.

BTW how many times have teams won after being bowled out for 80 or below? Would be an interesting list to look at.

Sri Lanka have got a very good ODI team and are possibly favourites for this tournament BUT Maharoof is poor and WI should be ashamed of their performance

Maharoof poor. Get a haircut. West Indies were shocking, but Roofers has bowled pretty well on occasions and very well today.

Maharoof is an extremely average bowler and figures of 6 for nothing are nothing more than a reflection of how bad the WI were - his career figure dont lie

A career bowling average of 27 is pretty damn good in this day and age. His domestic records are acceptable, he`s only 22 and he`s playing on Sri Lankan pitches. Every other Lankan seamer has similiar domestic averages.

He bowled very well today and used the pitch extremely well, and hence deserved his wickets. Just like Bracken takes wickets in conditions that help him, and no-where else.

Mahela and Sanath were absolutely brilliant ..... When the Windies were batting it seems thay couldn't get the ball off the square. Even lara's booming drives seemed weak and badly timed. But From the first ball Mahela faced from Edwards it seemed a totally different wicket. His timing was crisp and in no time the ball was racing to the ropes. Even Sanath played some gentle exquisite cuts that raced to the boundary.

To be fair as well, his Test record is very poor, and he`s taken some tap in his first few matches, with some wickets. But he bowled exceptionally today and you can`t deny him his 6.

In ODIs there isn't much difference between India at home and abroad.
