Champions Trophy on - lets try another rule!

Is the Champions Trophy nothing more then a excuse to trial some more rules.

Latest rules to be tested

Well the ICC have to try out rules at some point of time.
ICC have stuck to the point that the pourpose of ICC trophy is to determine who the best team in the world is between 2 world cups. It sounds rubbish to me, 'coz world cup is a few months away now and they can wait to know who is the best

I still like the powerplays, but I agree with some commentators that 5 of the overs should be given to the batting captain.
