India and Australia can only happen if Australia beat India, seeing as without a doubt the Windies will beat Bermuda or what's that fourth minnow in the group called?

Can take the digs from the Aussies, the Indians, Kiwis, Saffies, Pakistanis, Lankans, Windies because at least they are better than us.

You, however, are Dutch, and we're not *that* bad yet.

I'm pretty sure a similar thing happened (against Australia) in a VB series as well.
That's the one I was thinking of.

Well, I don't think Steve Harmison would be selected for the Dutch squad at the moment

Harsh. What's the average ODI economy rate of Dutch seamers again? 8.4?

It's roughly 13, no?

Plus we don't have a specialist third leg slip fielder to cover his first delivery.

The next three matches of this group will be really interesting. India is favorite today so they should win, I would say West Indies are favorite against England and they should win. Now if this happens West Indies will end up with 2-1 and India with 2-0 and Australia with 1-1. India v Australia will be the most important game of the tournament, because if the above scenario takes place, then the result of this match will determine who will go through into the Semis.

If India wins that match, then India and West Indies are through because Australia will end up wit 1-2. But if Australia take that match, that match will go to the NRR for all three of the teams to decide who goes through unless bonus points come in, because then Australia will be 2-1, India will be 2-1, and West Indies will be 2-1.

Also another scenario that can take place is India losing today, West Indies winning against England. Then the winner of India and Australia will make it into the next round.

However if West Indies win today, lose tomorrow, still it would go to the last match of the group to figure out who goes through.

IMO these three next matches will be the best so far in the tournament.
