hope WI win easily here, wouldn't want anything papering over the cracks. I know if we win Fletcher et all will come out saying everythings ok
If WI win Lewis will be dropped for Harmy again. :@

They just showed the fireworks that are going to be lit later on at night. Looks like England will be leaving India on a memorable note.

Yuvraj doubtful for crucial match against Australia.

This is a huge blow and now the Indian side will seriously be tested against the Aussies.
Agarkar is out. Yuvraj looks to be out. Munaf had a sprain but he seems more likely to play.

Something tells me Raina will get another match. Mongia has to play and Kaif should be considered as well. I would prefer six specialist batsmen (apart from Dhoni) but Powar must play and we also need three seamers so that probably won't happen. Now I'm just confused.

Sehwag, Tendulkar, Kaif/Raina, Dravid, Mongia, Dhoni, Pathan, Powar, Harbhajan, Sreesanth, Munaf ... that's what I expect.

EDIT: Crap now I read some sources saying that Munaf is doubtful as well ... wtf is going on, we're getting screwed all over.
Munaf must have got injured against WI's. Thats why he didn't bowl the last over and also Kaif was fielding for most of the night and i couldn't figure out who was out. must've been Munaf.
Lets hope Yuvraj's not tryign to fake an injury to avoid playing aussies.. we've seen that happen before.

Uhh when did that happen before? I hope you're not referring to the Malaysia tri-series. Yuvraj was ill and it was pretty obvious he hadn't recovered and still played against the Aussies and WI throughout the tournament.

we'll find out tomorrow.
Yuvraj's one of the most gutless players around in india's team.. very talented but gutless.
I'd take Kaif ahead of him anyday... Kaif gets shafted by team management all the time.
Hopefully Kaif plays tomrrow

Look, I'm probably Kaif's biggest fan, but why is Yuvraj gutless?

Without Yuvi the last 12-14 months of Indian ODI cricket would likely have been filled with a lore of losses. Saved India's ass many times, and has shown he can handle the pressure when it's on.

well bowled Lewis

Still going for less than 4 an over, in his last over. Yet earlier the TMS commentators were saying Harmison should have played.

Because, obviously, he has a right to an automatic place in the side.

Agreed, he was simply unstopable during the Pak OD series..

He's shown no application to knuckle down and bat when the pitches aren't you're typical batsman friendly one'si. You still see him launching into those expensive shots that he shouldn't be playing. I love watchign him bat myself but the way he went out the other day was another stupid shot to add to his collection.

I only wish kaif had goten treatment like Yuvraj did.. he might've turned out to be a decent batsman

Bravo at 3 the past 2 games, interesting. This game can be seen as pure experimentation but against India the game was far from over when he came in after Gayle's dismissal, so they obviously see Bravo having a prosperous future up the order once Lara and Shiv go.

Well West Indies are 157-1 after 33 overs. Could we possibly see a score of 300 first time this tournament if they start hitting in the next 2 overs?

I reckon they'll get past 300. They are only one wicket down and with Gayle and Bravo at the crease and Lara and Sarwan to come I think they'll get around 310.
