I still think Lee was hardly done by. His LBW was missing leg and he is capable of putting the ball over the fence when it counts.

Anyway, no point dwelling on that, gotta look to the future. A good win for the windies they deserved the win.

Australia should really have won from needing 72 off 78 with 6 in hand, but Hussey had to fail eventually, and Taylor and Bravo bowled very well at the death.

Have to concur with the general feelings about Gayle, he was absolutely disgraceful. It's one thing to sledge, it's another to follow a guy around between overs, put hands on him and walk in between balls to have a go when you aren't bowling.

Jerome Taylor, what a gun. Showed so much promise for so long now, particularly earlier this year, and then he delivers just like that! Brilliant.

Some people on cricbuzz calling this the best ODI hat-trick ever....

Seriously.

The best ODI hat-tricks are ones taken at the top of the order, the ones taken in the early overs when the batsmen aren't trying to bludgeon the living daylights out of anything. Not taking anything away from Taylor, but some people calling this the greatest hat-trick ever are kidding themselves.

mind you, in considering the Lee LBW, you also have to consider that Gilchrist was given not out to Gayle when the ball was hitting middle 2/3 of the way up.

Gayle pretty much lost it today though, was interesting to watch, Bravo was brilliant

I meant Dave as he obviously would be captain if he was in the side.
