What was with that LBW decision? What was Bracken thinking with that appeal? That's comical cricket!

What a shocking decision from Bowden, that inside edge was huge. Owell, it was that last ball anyway.

Didn't get himself out. He was gunned by Bowden. Shocking decision.

EDIT: I usually stick up for umpires. But Bowden should not be on the international panel if he is going to give that out.

good bowling overall from Australia, especially at the end to keep Dhoni down, pitch still good for batting & with Australia's batting i expect them to get these runs.

From thousands of miles away, even I could tell he was gone after his eighth over. He left him on for another and he went for 10.

Ponting captained really well until that point and compounded the error by leaving Johnson with 2 overs to bowl when none of the Indians are comfortable against pace.

Dravid also cocked up by sending Raina in in front of Pathan and Harbijhan.

249 should be enough for India if Bhaji and Sehwag/Mongia put the ball in the right place

Been a really enjoyable game so far

Bit torn as I always like to see Oz win but the rest of the games will be like a morgue if India go out.

Great bowling effort I thought. 250 is below par on this pitch, and India have a quality batting lineup and didn't lose early wickets, so it was a fantastic effort to tie them down in the middle overs, and the job done to Dhoni at the death was brilliant.

McGrath's best spell since returning to the side by a distance, and while Lee was poor early he bowled an amazing spell towards the end, with 2/12 off 4 overs when the run rate was on the rise. Watson was the poorest of the bowlers but certainly wasn't bad, and Johnson fought back very well from a poor start too.

It's certainly not a gimme total, but a team with Australia's batting quality should chase down 250 on this pitch. It'll take a great bowling effort to win it for India.

After the intital faliure with the ball we came back very well. The fielding was quite poor, but I'd imagine it's just a one off due to the conditions. Still 250 is not the hardest score in the world to chase although if we lose a couple of early wickets, we might have a real problem. Either way, its going to be a hell of an innings.

Good first over by Pathan. After the last ball of the Indian inning, it was pretty interesting that Billy didn't give Watson out first ball.

I think a score of 250 is par. However with the strength and depth of their batting lineup my money is still on Australia
