I think that they all start at 10.15 am local time.

And IMO this was an opportunity missed - day\nighters would have been great at this time of year, and would much closer resemble the proper one-innings-day, one-innings-night games we see in the subcontinent and South Africa. Rather than the 7\8ths-day, 1\8th-night (and never truly dark) ODIs we see in July.
And for anyone who thinks dew would have been a problem - not any more than it will be anyway with a 10:15 start.
