Guess the cricketer from their stats

What is the acceptability for googling here?

I googled highest test averages without a century.

Would never have got that otherwise in a century of centuries.

The first number is the year of his test career (so if his first test was in 1960, then that would be nr 1). If the player does not play a test match in any year, then the next number is the year in which he next played a test. So, if the player played in 1960 and 1962, but not 1961, then 1960 would be 1, and 1962 would be 2.

The second number is his test bowling average for that year.

Below are the batting records of 10 wicket keepers.

For each keeper there is their average as keeper, and then their average whilst playing not as keeper.

Each player has played more than 20 tests. Each player has played more than 50 tests, except for the 3 in bold font.

The nationalities of the wicket keepers are (in random order) as follows:
Aus, Zim, W.I., Ind, SA, 2*SL, 3*ENG

The poster who allocates the most correct names to keepers wins (or if you prefer we could do it as a collaborative thing?).

Unless a majority wish to change the rules, please NO googling etc allowed.

Can't think of many Australian keepers who played as specialist bats. Maybe Wade for C?
