Hutton for Hammond seems a fair enough swap and the addition of Mitchell makes the batting stronger overall. Hammond as the 5th bowler means Dolly is the one to drop out.

Shame to have lost the Larwood and Voce combination but can't complain at Adcock as a replacement even if it does weaken the tail.

Addition of Miller has improved the batting depth although losing Headley weakened my batting a bit. Nonetheless Compton is a worthy replacement. Pace attack will miss Trueman but Miller has helped improve that too. Decided to retain my twin spinners combo in the main xi because I always believe that's handy if the pitch assists spin.
