Best Cricket game!

No I don't mean best match ever, I mean what's the best cricket PC or PS2 game out there. I live in a part of US where there won't be any cricket in my lifetime, so I'd like to play my favorite sport on either my computer or PS2 system. I have tried WC 99 by EA Sports and quite frankly it was a bit disappointing.

Any suggestions?

I'm leaning more towards PS2 now, is there ICC available on PS2? And is Cricket 04 much better than WC 99? How?

Btw, Jamee and Nnanden, when you guys talk about ICC you mean International Cricket Captain 2002, right?
