Cricket Web 265-5 beat Hampshire 264-5 by 5 wickets

Cracking pitch and Hampshire batted first, Nath bowled well early up to remove both opener cheaply the spinners got smashed by Crawly and Kendall.
In reply a century opening stand between Eclipse and Bennett was follwed by partnerships of 75 between Bluefox and nichani and 71 between Bluefox and Jellett as Cricket Web eased to victory with over 10 overs left to maintain their 100% National League Record - TOP of the table
....

Team
Eclipse (59 off 38balls) Bennett (44 of 30) Nichani (45 off 30) Blufox(69 off 67) Jellett (38 off 39) Gray( 6*) Cloete(0* and 9-1-51-0) Nath(DNB 9-0-53-3) Halsey(DNB, 9-1-43-1) Chapman(DNB 9-0-66-1) Hall(DNB, 9-2-50-0)

Cracking pitch as in excellent, cracking, or cracking as in pitch with some cracks in it?

No Jamee Gray replaced you for the second test and kept his place for the third.

Two good results.

Cricket Web 149-6 beat Sussex 148 all out by 4 wickets
MOM D Chapman

Malone and Nath kept it quiet early on then Pickup came on to get 2 quick wickets, from then on it was all about Don Chapman who took 6-16 to continue the impressive start to his career.

The batting wasn't so good with CW falling to 94-6 before an unbroken partnership between Malone and Nath saw them home to cement their place at the top of the table, 4 points clear of Surrey who have a game in hand.

Team: Eclipse (21) Bennett(1) Nichani(14) Bluefox (24) Jellett(15) Gray (12) Malone (26*, 7-0-28-1) Nath(28*, 7-1-24-0) Halsey(DNB, 7.1-0-30-1) Pickup(DNB, 9-0-47-2) Chapman(DNB, 7-2-16-6)

Great Win

Cricket Web 358 beat Glamorgan 121 & 224 by an innings and 13 runs
MOM Bluefox

CW won the toss and put Glamorgan in to bat. Malone took an early wicket but then Pickup blew away the top and middle order, Chapman cleaned out the bottom and Tarick Weber took 5 catches even though he wasn't behind the stumps.

Eclipse and Chaulk went quickly but Bluefox forged partnerships of 82 with Nichani (50) and 100 with Malone (72) and went on to score 146 his 3rd FC Century of the season.

Glamorgan did better second time around but Chapman took 5 wickets this time only Maynard(52) and Evans(49) put up serious resistance and Nath and Malone came back to remove the tail

A great win puts us 5 in the table ready to pounce.

Team:
Eclipse(14) Chaulk(0) NIchani(50) Bluefox(146) Jellett (36) Weber(7) Malone (72, 8-1-20-1 & 7.3-0-32-2) Nath(5, 8-2-17-0 & 12-1-35-1) Halsey (9, 10-2-22-1 & 20-4-47-2) Pickup(6, 18.3-2-45-5 & 12-0-32-0 )Chapman (0*, 9-4-13-3 & 27-5-69-5)

Youve been out of form and Buggsy has been playing well with the pitches suiting the Slow bowlers. However Buggsy was selected for the ODI squad(no Jellett or Gray) So you were selected for the CC match

Jamee scored 19 and 23 in the third test, which England lost again

National League
Cricket Web 228-7 beat Gloucs 227-9 by three wickets
MOM Eclipse

A solid effort by all 5 bowlers saw Gloucs restricted well, only Suasage Boy managed to get many runs. Nath and Buggsy were probably the pick of the bowlers though Pickup was tidy.

In reply Chaulk fell early again but Elipse and Nichani got them going before 3 quick wickets put the Web in trouble. Then Weber came in an played sensibly before Eclipse was out for a fine 80 from 74 balls. Weber then managed to see CW home with 7 balls left.

Team: Eclipse (80) Chaulk(4) Nichani (30) Bluefox (16) BK Smith(4) Weber (45*) Malone (7, 9-2-41-2,) Nath(26, 9-1-40-2) Mr Wright (6*,9-1-58-2) Pickup(DNB, 9-1-38-1) Chapman(DNB, 9-0-47-1)

County Champ
Cricket Web 386 and 185-5 beat Glamorgan 395 and 171 by 5 wickets
MOM Chapman(again!)

Losing the toss could have been cruicial Glamorgan raced to 221-2 in the afternoon wiht centuries from Powell and Hemp. CW fought back through star man Chapman who took another 5, but a frustrating last wicket stand of 48 left glamorgan with a good score.

The top 3 failed (as usual) but Bluefox and Jamee put on a century stand, both hitting 50's. Then Weber plundered a brilliant centruy putting on 132 with Partrick Nath who made 48 and edging the Web close to Glamorgans total.

Glamorgan's openers put on 50 before the collapse occurred, initialy started by the ginger haired Neil Pickup, Chapman and Halsey then got in on the act, all 10 wickets falling to the spinners as Glamorgan collapsed to 171.

77-5, that was the score when Kearsley came to the wicket to join star batsman Bluefox - 104 runs later the victory was secured Bluefox scoring 67* and Kearlsey 48*

Team: Eclipse ( 1& 10) Chaulk (13 &10) Nichani (0 & 27) Bluefox(89 & 67*) Gray(56& 4) Weber(122 & 5) Kearsley( 18& 46*,23-3-76-2 & 6-2-15-0) Nath (46 & DNB, 20-4-61-1 & 4-0-17-0) Halsey(11* & DNB, 17-1-70-0 & 17.5-4-35-3) Chapman(0 & DNB,32-7-79-5 & 20-4-33-4 )Pickup (12 & DNB, 27-2-106-2 & 19-2-69-3)

Buggsy Malone played the first 2 ODI's and top scored with 42 and then bowled 6-1-9-1 aas england lost to SL, then he didn't bat in the next match but got 6.4-1-31-2 as England beat India

Bluefox is top of the averages(filtered) with 736 runs at 73.6
Chapman is top of the bowling with 34 wickets at 12.26

Cricket Web are now third in the CC table

This will be the last till monday as i am going to the Leeds festival today.
