The Final 2 days at The James Nixon Dome

Nichani got another duck leaving him with a pair on Test debut and an important moment in the match. 3 good partnerships involving a Jamee999 century left the Cricket Webers on 219/4. After the 5th wicket fell Tom Halsey came in to knock a few runs quickly and made 36 off 31 balls.
We declared on 329/7 a target of 301 for Pakistan.

Good bowling by Kearsley left the score at 97/3 at the end of his spell,having taken all the wickets. with 1 session left Pakistan needed 180 runs and we needed 7 wickets -it ended as a draw with Pakistan on 196/4.
Man of the Match was Brendon Goff for his first innings century.

The second Test: Cricket Webers vs Pakistan at the Devil Ducky Arena

Cloete was injured and Nichani was dropped and the team for the second test was:

Ash Chaulk lost the toss and will bowl first.

A 7-for from Mister Wright left Pakistan on 331 all out.

A 65 run opening stand ended when Ash Chaluk was out.
Jamee999 fell for 10 but Samuel Vimes was making a very nice innings when Brendon Goff joined him he was on 77.
When he(Vimes) fell for 124 the score was still only 213/4 and needed another fine knock but Jellett fell for 5 and Kearsley was called on again.
Goff fell for 36 and Tom Halsey came in with the Cricket Webers 94 behind.
They made a reasonable job but Ferd could bat.Kearsley fell for 50 and the Cricket Webers were 1 ahead with 2 wickets left. We finished on 347 all out, 16 ahead.

Can the Cricket Webers force a win?

The second innings

A 140-run opening stand frustrated but Dylan Jellet took the important wicket and then good batting let them get to 392 for 7 declared.

Vimes didn't repeat his first innings-falling for 2, Jamee999 made 59 and then ABK Smith needed a score to stay in contention for his place,Ash Chaulk fell for 90 and Brendon Goff came in,BK Smith got to 69 all out before the close of play and a draw.

The 3rd Test from the Twyman:Maddocks Centre for Cricket

The team is unchanged.

Ash Chaulk wins the toss and bats.

Vimes fell early but Jamee999 also did and BK Smith was in at 32/2 in a pressure situation, but Ash Chaulk fell soon and Brendon Goff came in.
He fell and up stepped young Dylan Jellett, he and BK got to the end of the first session with a score of 111/4. BK fell for 69 and the score at 212/5 but he had made a good innings and David Kearsley the promsing all-rounder came in. Jellett fell soon after for 86 ,Halsey next ball, the tail wagged and we fell to 250 all out.

The bowlers didn't start well but a late 6-for from Ferd kept the lead to just 86 with a score of 336 all out.

Will the Cricket Webers hold Pakistan to another draw?

Vimes fell for 1 and Jamee999 for 12 Chaulkie made 35 but the Cricket Webers were crumbling. Goff fell in the 20's and Dylan Jellett for 8, BK Smith fell early in Day 4 for 63 and Tom Halsey went for 1 Kearsley made 32 and we screaped to 220 all out and a lead of 134.

Pakistan chased this easily losing just 4 wicket and won by 6 wickets.

Preview and first ODI

The 3 ODI series is ready! The faveroites are Pakistan but the Cricket Webers who forced 2 draws on their debut series losing only 1-0

Jamee999 lost the toss and we will bat first.

Ash Chaulk got out for 6 but Samuel Vimes made a nice 36, Nikhil went for 9 but should get a longer run in the ODI team than in the Test team.
BK Smith made 25 and Goff 28 but when the latter fell Jamee999 was on 99 and on fire, he reached the ton off 85 balls and was out off the last ball for 130 leaving the team on 274/8.
Bugs and Mr.Wright were smacked with the new ball, Ferd took the 1st wicket to put the score on 94/1 there was a run-out,Nikhil took a wicket and Tom leaving the score on 186/4 off 34 overs and a RRR of 5.6 an over.
Tom picked up 3 more wickets ending up with 40 for 4 but unfortunately a Pakistan win by 2 wickets.
MOM was Jamee999 for his 130.

Oh nice.. I didn't realsie I was captain.. still disappointed at my injury!! Missed about 3 matches now.

I mean that you've got to play the matches yourself, right? So if you're a really good player of C2004 (which there appears to be quite a few of), we're gonna win every game by an innings and 918 runs with the openers making quadruple tons...which isn't too fun, nor realistic. :)
