Looks like you don't have all the files together - which ZIP did you download?

You ought to have folders called /data/ and /images/ - make sure you've got everything out of this zip: http://forum.cricketweb.net/showpost...&postcount=310

I've tried downloading most of them and keep getting the same errors. Is there a specific order I need to download them in or is there one zip file that would get me the required files??

That one ZIP file *should* include everything - make sure you extract it all to the same folder, rather than just running the EXE?

Yes, I am extracting the files each time I try to download them, however the errors are still appearing.

From those shots it's clear to see that the program's not reading the data files at all.

How much is there inside the "data" folder?

Exactly as it should be... I'm baffled by that.

Try extracting to a different folder - like C:\BC2006\ perhaps - it's written in a nine-year-old language so it may be struggling with the length of that directory name.
