i have a question guyz that i am going to paris france for a vacation and will be staying in london for 16 hours so if i buy blc 07 on pal can i take it to us and some how convert it to ntsc (for my use only). Although i am getting the pc version just yur opnion as it needs a higher graphic card for pc. if its wrong to change it or i posted this in wrong place sorry

i think you'd have to do something to the console itself, as opposed to anything in the game...

i think u will have to modify your ps2. im not sure if its the same mod that you would need to play pirated games. but some modification would def be involved i think
