Those teams look pretty bad!! No batsmen average over 50..
That srilankan dude is killin us, way ahead of the rest, averages were higher few years ago of some the english players, i only picked the players who have played quite a few matches, there are some upcoming batsman on theway. i left oout a couple of 36 year olds. and your rite not many batsman over fifty buts thats because of the quality of the bowling look at their averages.

Q. McMahon (AUS) 35yrs, 161 matches, 825 wickets @ 26.73 - OS

Averages shown are Test averages. I was going to included the ODI squad but it is basically the same. Just take the averages down a few points. I am in 2021 and playing as Australia. Elias Sunny of Bangladesh is probably the 'Flintoff' on this era. McMahon is the 'Warne' and Bandaratilleke is similar to a Sehwag. But as you can see, no player under tha age of 27. Also in the world standings, Bangladesh are 4th in test and odi's. Figure that out.

World XI -2061
Test
1.S.Evans(25) 60 ENG 5142 58.75 266
2.H.Gopal(35) 79 IND 7911 54.94 264
3.G.Wali(31) 66 PAK 4890 44.05 215
4.S.Dearman(30) 73 ENG 4816 51.78 157
5.C.Ratcliffe(32) 122 ENG 10226 49.88 237 (C)
6.H.Mahindra(32) 37 IND 3122 46.6 189
7.H.Arshad(30) 49 PAK 2613 37.87 152 (wk)
8.M.Wilmott(30) 47 ENG 171 23.64 RFM
9.M.Neville(29) 81 ENG 435 24.03 RFM
10.M.Zia(32) 77 PAK 436 22.32 RF
11.S.Skelton(31) 81 ENG 346 26.39 RM

There is a clear English domination. They ranked 1st for test 5 points ahead of nearest second who is Pakistan and 1st in ODI 6 points ahead of Pakistan. Also the averages are higher cos zim,wi and sri has some pathetic bowlers!
