Nafees Iqbal was injured before the match which weakened our batting. Sonet moved up to open as we played the same bowlign attack as in the ODI.
I thought we had cracked it when we had them all out 280. But what followed was terrible as our batsmen were slowly picked off one by one.

Arif Ahmed was injured in the last match. We're without both openers now.

Bangladesh vs West Indies. 2nd Test.

After an excellent start by the home team, the bowlers couldn't contain J McClean who hit a big 189 to put the West Indies in front. The match ended in a draw after some slow batting from both sides. Unfortunately for us, the West Indies walk away with the test series. Now we're going to try and get revenge for the final of the previous tournament by beating them in a 3 match series.

Bringing in Cosgrove would prove very beneficial for Australia. After some solid batting by the Bangladeshi's and good bowling in the Aussies first innings, Australia ended up having to chase 400+ on the final day. After some good early work by the seamers (Syed Rasel injured in the first innings) the spinners got to work on a turning track with a very aggressive field.

The wickets flowed steadily and it looked as though Bangladesh would pull off the unthinkable and sink Australia and grab a series win. Fortunately for Australia, Cosgrove was able to find support in Andrew McDonald, a right arm fast medium bowler. The pair put on 80 runs for the 7th wicket in 40 overs to deny the Bangladeshi's a historical win.

Man, really mixed fortunes for us right now. We played a OD tour match vs Victoria (at the WACA?) and got rolled for 106 which they chased down quick smart. And then we poroduced probably our most solid ODI batting effort to date in chasing down Australia's total, even if Ponting and Watson got exactly 100 each.
