Neil,

Could you please post a link to the updated editor (if it exists) that enables you to amend enthicity?

I've tried searching through the main thread for it but it's a bit of a needle in a haystack job!

Cheers.

Thanks for that, I'll get on and edit those now!

One thing....when adding Irfan Pathan I put him in over the top of Gary Kirsten I think, and now - although his nationality is Indian, he gets picked for the SA squad in the first year. Is there any way around this??

Default squads issue again I think. I need to sort that too post-exams.

Funnily enough when i was playing with hampshire at the start of my career (This was before Pieterson signed with Hampshire IRL), at the end of the 2003 season I signed Pieterson A year off, but still pretty weird

I have noticed that when editing contract lengths there seems to be a problem. I changed the majority of players to a 2 year contract, but loaded the game up and they were all on 6 year deals! Any ideas why?

May be incompetence on my part. IIRC Contracts & Ethncity affect the same hex digit, so I've probably arsed that up with the new version.

Ok, first off you will need a program called "Winzip" - which if you haven't got already you can download from www.winzip.com for free.

Once you've done this, doublie click on the update file you downloaded from here, and it will ask you where it wants you to save the 2 files.

If you then navigate to you ICC directory which should be: C:\Program Files\Empire Interactive\International Cricket Captain\

then select, and click ok.

It will ask if you wish to overwrite the existing files - for each select yes.

That should be it!

The contract length thing is more of a problem than I thought. It means that at the end of the season no players are available (as I can't change contract length back to 1 year!) so you are stuck with exactly the same team.

On the plus side - you keep your overseas players too - even if you have more than 1.
