English perspective:

Bassano batting and bowling down
Bell bowling up a little
Prior batting up
Simon Jones bowling up
Giles bowling up a little (par with Vettori, Price etc)
Collingwood batting and bowling up and make him an AR if Mills and Symonds are
Thorpe batting up
Vaughan batting up
Tres batting up (and he's not a keeper)
Add Sajid Mahmood
Add Alastair Cook
Hutchinson bowling down a long way
Ian Fisher bowling down a long way
Justin Kemp bowling down
Rudolph isn't an all rounder
Samaraweera batting and bowling down a lot!

Sir Gaddy

Tres is a keeper, he kept in a recent game and michael vaughan said in an interview that tres could be keeper but hes better used as a batsman. Also Samaweera shouldnt be down that much as a bowler, his 1st Class Stats:
Bowling 2863.3, 628, 7984, 346, 23.07, 6-55, 15 , 2 , 49.6 , 2.78
Not bad i would say

Neil -Vettori should have higher attributes than Giles. They are both good bowlers but Vettori is class which he is proving against aus. I couldn't see Giles troubling the Aussies like Vettori has

Yeah abdolutely, Vettori is held in a higher regard than Giles, and rightly so. He's proven it against the Worlds best

Looking at the Current World Ratings, Vettori is slightly ahead of Giles in both forms, but there's not a great deal to choose between them.

1 stellar or 1 shocker of a series and they'd swap.

M W BB AVG 5w
Vettori recently (04/05) 4 30 6/28 18.83 4

Giles recently (04/05) 5 11 3/105 40.81 0

I know that this can be considered as selective statistics to accomidate my point but what I am trying to show is that Vettori is in great form and is showing no signs of bad form at all and at his best IMO and I would venture to suggest most other non english peoples opinions he is a superior bowler to Giles

Yes, and since those 2 runs of form put Vettori slightly ahead of Giles, that kind of shows what I was saying quite nicely.

As for someone suggesting Giles' batting should be decreased, what's that based on?
