NTSC version / NA release

I'm new to this forum, and am sorry if this has been asked before. Is this game gonna have a North American release for either the Xbox or the PS2?

There will not be an NTSC release, but it might be available though us on import on PC.

will it be available in Pakistan?becauz most of the CD`s here are pirated!
