International Coach
Gazzard, hmm, not an overly big fan of him, got him on a lancashire game about 3 seasons in (signed him as backup for Haynes, as Hegg retired, then Haynes gets a 30 week injury)... Keeps hold of alot, good catch/stumping figures, batting not great though

I find Foster if you play him will give you good scores, though not overly consistant... Much as i dont want to, i usually find myself using Trescothick too much

Flintoff seems to produce with the bat i find, never use him as a bowler though (not even for lancashire, unless its as 4th/5th bowler on pitches that dont turn)

Find my usual squad is based around these players:
Butcher, Trescothick, Vaughan, Powell, Ed Smith, Bell, Pietersen, Bassano, Foster, Middlebrook (oddly produces at test level!), Hoggard, Hutchison, Ormond, Tremlett... usually some one cap wonders in there aswell, especially with bowling, no consistant performers

Have some specialist ODI players too... Found Alec Swann to be oddly good at OD and ODI level for a while, Ian Fisher also.....
