I believe Mann is the youth player - i guess its just up to the guy whos turn it is to do the contracts - maybe when it gets to it we can do it on msn

well im just starting then :D
Next up is Neil

i won the toss and elected to field(weather is cloudy and some help for pace bowling and no help for spin)
we started bad and couldnt get a wicket until cook did his job and took the wicket of Lewis.
wickets kept kinda faling after that and we got Durham 342 all out(BAD!!!)with fraser ending good and shah surprised:)
we started very bad with 0-1 :( the only person who batted well was koenig, no one else did well and we were all out for 223:(
agian they started well and our bowling let us down completly...Fraser bowled a 5er tho...for the rest it was a bad innings with ALLOT of catches dropped..and razzaq being injuried:(
than our last innings came..and ooh boy..we really cant chase(or is it me:()
maunders the only one to mention in our innings for the rest..a bad game..and we will hopefully do better next time!!

lost the toss..put to bowl...
Tufnell bowled well 6 wikcets for him...was happy to c that pietersen went for not to much :D
than it was my turn..and uhm..Batting collapse..YEP!! i started like i always do with defensive and than working up...with the bar(my max is 1st stripe of aggressive)but they didnt even gave me the chance!!
we started pretty well...but couldnt kill them in the end and again VERY good bowling from tufnell.
we needed a hell of a lot to make and we didnt do it(i was hoping for a draw but came 1 session to short i think.,,no 50s..nothing special..not really good...hopefully NEIL will do better!!!

The Super Cup kicked off at the home of cricket as defending Champions Surrey visited, a tough task to anyone - but the man in the hot seat was as good as they come, the only man to complete the "Bedfordshire Challenge", and inside three seasons too.

Jamie Dalrymple and Abdul Razzaq came in as Middlesex bolstered their spin battery and lower order on a pitch that looked set to turn from the word go. Razzaq and Fraser kept things tight early on, before twirlers Razzaq, Tufnell and Paul Weekes followed suit as despite Ally Brown's cameo 67, Surrey only mustered 208-6. The hosts' reply began poorly, however, and 87-2 became 125-5 as Razzaq, Koenig and Strauss fell quickly. The lower order kept fighting, however as Shah, Joyce and Dalrymple all played brisk, gutsy knocks and with two overs to go, David Nash and Angus Fraser needed six. Fraser took two off Saqlain, but was then caught close in by Hollioake with one ball left, which Phil Tufnell bizarrely took a single off. One over, three to win became four balls, three to win, before Tufnell creamed Bicknell through the covers for four to the disbelief of the bowler and fans. Middlesex won by one wicket!

Things went rapidly ****-up against Essex, however, as Aftab Habib (!!) ripped through the middle order and another disciplined bowling effort (Essex 223-7, Flower 104) was wasted as after Ben Hutton's 56, 90-1 became 108-5 and then 150-9. Tufnell and Dalrymple added 21 for the last wicket, but it was never going to be enough.

Another defeat followed away to Hampshire. They only made 197-9 after three wickets from Dalrymple, but another inept middle order collapse from Middlesex led to their falling seven short, despit 65 off 63 balls from John Maunders at seven.
