Honestly, this event is really odd and special isn't it. Almost each time before it starts I think logically that honestly Fourballs and Foursomes are rubbish, all the players are individuals, does it really matter?

Yet each time it drags you in, and the way the momentum shifts have no logic to it, but it happens all the time.

Patrick Reed is a bit of a beast, and he hasn't got a weird name, which makes him almost unique amongst the Septics.

Backed 16 1/2 - 11 1/2 before it started so will stick with that.

Well Kaymer and McIlroy are almost safe already. A couple of Yanks well up too but the rest are close and it very early days.

Would expect Walker to be same as Fowler, running on empty so Westwood should win.

Good couple of minutes there with 5 holes won by Europeans.
