If you'd said Villa would be above Newcastle tonight no one would've believed you- 11 goal swing in one round of games.

Newcastle are my new hope for the drop but I fear for Wigan .

Yeah, really not looking good for Wigan.

I think I originally wanted Villa to go down, but I like Lambert, and I appreciate that Villa have stuck by him when all the other threatened clubs were sacking their managers. Perhaps some sweet justice there.

League Tables 1996-1997 League Division Three - football.co.uk

Potentially there could be five teams in that divison in next year's Premier League.
There will also be six in the non-league, including Scarborough and Darlington who have imploded.

Haha, Fulham used to be great for a 'going through the divisions' game on CM back in the day.

Where were you when you were ****?

Sang the Spurs fans two weeks back, unaware that Citeh averaged 27k crowds in the third tier when Spurs were averaging 28k crowds in the Premiership.

I remember watching the playoff final between City and Gillingham on the TV, was a really exciting game iirc.

I was 12 with dial-up internet haha. Got most of my news from football weekly magazine/newspaper thingo. I never used to buy it, just read it at the newsagent.

Spurs fans are a joke anyway, you don't even have to try to make them look like complete idiots.

Hull City going down that season and didn't resurface to that level until 05, via nearly exiting the football league and have since been in the Prem. another good example

Thanks for the reminder. For the next 16 weeks (and let's be honest but for a monumental choke it would have been about 30 ) you can use the following:

    Same again next season?

Could see this finishing 4-1 again, Dortmund cut to pieces repeatedly but Real are wide open as well - Dortmund not been composed enough to capitalise.

Dortmund have taken the sting out of the game now. Get the feeling Madrid needed to finish a lot better when they were on top.

  14. #3944
Higuain has been absolute turd so far. If they had some who could either finish, had a bit of pace or who could bother to run and not just laze a yard offside they'd have scored by now.
