It's obviously something about Russian owners - possibly the worst decision in Reading's managerial history, rivalled only by appointing Tommy Burns in the first place

**** me that was bad luck.

Edit: Heh, I guess that's what you get for not taking your chances.

So...Wenger is crowing about how Arsenal can upset the odds and go through tonight....but yet apparently the midfield will consist of Ox, Rosicky, Diaby and Coquelin....

Szczesny being rested because of mental problems as well. Oh dear.

Oh, it was, it was.

Just the kind of noble failure we increasingly specialise in tho.
Yeah, true. Was reminiscent of last years exit tbh.

Most infuriating thing though, is that it makes you wonder why the team can't play like that every week.

Can beat Bayern away, but not Blackburn at home. FFS.

Edit: Also, doubt we'll be seeing Vermaelen for a few weeks after tonight's game. Suspect we won't be seeing Nacho for a while either. No doubt we will, however, be seeing a lot more of Fabianski (god help us).

Good Performance by Arsenal yesterday. They tend to play better when the pressure is off generally.

Still getting a 2-0 win away to the Allianz against a in form Bayern is very good.

Yeah, there was clearly no pressure on Wenger or the team going into this match. What a dumb thing to say.
