No, it's not a good suburb. But I think it's "badness" is overplayed. For mine it's not even close to Sunshine or Broadmeadows.

My dad knew a doctor who was murdered down the street from where he worked. I don't think it's overplayed at all. They have a good market though.

I remember that. It was brutal.

Or maybe the case I'm thinking of is different, as it may have been a bashing not a murder.
