Final Update

The last day of the season provided its usual share of shocks, thrills and spills, meaning it was tough tipping out there for everyone. 4s and 3s were the orders of the day, except for ripper who showed us all the way with a 5 for a sixth weekly bonus.

Weekly

ripper 5
marc 4
Ausage 4
HDS 4
GF 4
bi 4
Somerset 4
altoz 4
fatt 4
chalky 4
Noble One 4
Brumby 4
Cevno 3
GIMH 3
Vimes 3
Marcuss 3
fertang 3
Halsey 3

So here we are, after 38 games spread over 36 weeks it's finally all over.

No last round shocks here, chalky's 4 is enough to hang onto his lead and take the crown back to the north east. However it did take Albion equalising in the 90th minute against his fellow northern-easterners Newcastle after being 3-0 down to give him the 4th point that snatched the title from fatt, who can console himself with a silver. Your humble scorer rounds out the medals in third. Sam, fred and tozz make up the top six.

At the foot Ausage can't lift himself from the basement as his rivals match his 4. A 3 from Cevno tho lifts HDS to the vertigo-inducing heights of fifteenth!

The Final Standings

1) chalky 179.05
2) fatt 178.06
3) Brumby 177.05
4) Vimes 176.04
5) fertang 174.04
6) altoz 174.02
7) bi 173.02
8) GIMH 170.02
9) ripper 165.06
10) Marcuss 165.02
11) Noble One 163.03
12) marc 158.02
13) GF 155.01
14) Halsey 152
15) HDS 149.03
=16) Cevno 149.02
=16) Somerset 149.02
18) Ausage 149.01

Congrats to chalky then and thanks to all who took part, especially all of you who stuck with it to the very end. :)

Hope to see you back next season.

Avoided the Wooden Spoon by 0.01

The battle at the bottom here too was as close as the premiership. LOL.

Mid table finish. Made worse because I believe I tipped in every round.

Thanks BB for a well run season. Congrats to Chalky for winning.
