Is it the structure or the personnel, do you reckon?
It's structure that makes it constantly one on ones. In stark contrast north hardly had a one on one in their fifty the whole time.

As for coming out of defence, a lot will be made of the Collingwood press but a lot of the turn overs coming out of the back were unpressured missing of targets. The coach can't do anything about that.

At the end of the day, Norths set up relies too much on a shoot out, and every now and again north are going to go bang and kick 150 points in a game, but more often than not they're going to get beaten.

If you can't beat Collingwood with 18 of their players out you never will. Bitterly disappointing. Can't gloss over this performance.
