It's probably a sign of how far my expectations have been lowered, but thought we sort of did ok on the whole. Wouldn't be massively shocked if we turned the Kiwis over.

Big test for the Lions tonight. The improvements last week will count for naught if we can't put the Kiwis away.
Bet Chase gets loads from his erstwhile countrymen. Apparently he was named in the NZ provisional squad for the tournament too. |

How the **** the Kiwi's have 13 men on the field is a mystery, the ref has bottled it again, that **** house Luke should have been off, the ref even said to him he purposely tried to injure a player, hello, he has to go for that ref.
Decent half of RL by England but should be at least another try up, hopefully the amount of possession will be off in the second half. The Kiwi's in that first half don't seem to have come to play RL that's for sure. Nice start from the boys, good finish from Hall. How many times has Sam been hit with high shots this match. Graham over for the third try and Sinfeld keeps up his 100% record. 22-6 to the good guys. Must be enough now with seven mins left, surely?
The Scouse ranga has put in a massive shift tonight. Be interesting to see how he goes for the Dogs next year. As a rule every Pom who's gone down under has improved massively. |

The Kiwi's thought they could win by brawling and should have been at least one down, reffing has been 50/50 for both sides but at the end of the day the best team won and won comfortably in the end. Issac John is one of the biggest **** houses playing RL.

**** me that's horrible.
Has to be red. EDIT: Hmm. Penalty try. Can't believe Lockyer's complaining to the ref. Thurston should be gone for that. Last edited by BoyBrumby; 19-11-2011 at 11:42 AM. |

A fantastic defensive effort (and a terrible decision by video ref in disallowing that try from the kick Tomkins spilled) by us to be level. Can't see it lasting long though.
Edit: There we go. Natural order of things restored |
