*Official* A-League Season 2009

Norwood's on Fire
Bah, just put Sky Sports 1 on because they were advertising A-League highlights but it appears to have been cancelled because some Scottish dude lost a tennis match

Yeah that'll hurt Victory heaps!

Fury getting around 6000 vs Roar and Gold Coast only getting about the same size crowd in a top of the table clash vs Sydney is so poor.

Wish Fox Sports could somehow delay matches live into the home city, because I reckon the crowds are a lot lower for this reason.

Crowd numbers in Adelaide are going quite ok this season. Very well considering the side is pretty ****. 90% friday night fixtures the home games this season which is an added bonus.

Really enjoyed the A-League this season. Sydney and Gold Coast have played some lovely looking football. Did not expect.

Yeh I've probably enjoyed/seen a bit more than previous years. Particuarly the Sunday afternoon fixture, have usually turned that on when the NRL finishes and watched the second half. Also went to my first A League game a few weeks ago here in Canberra.

Off to the AU v CCM game tonight. A much needed 3 points but Vidmar seems allergic to playing a striker

Scored a superb goal a few weeks back, hit a low volley off a cross.
Fair dos. Ta. How's his movement looking generally? Never had much in the way of pace, but his awareness in the box was always his best asset. He's still got that he could have another couple or three years if the desire's there.

Hard bloke to dislike.

<country we went to war with> goals is the best place to view games.

CCM were **** Adelaide really should have buried them, but 3 points is...
