43 points with Ferdinand, Cahill, Corluka, Palacios (bench but may top Essiens 2 points) and Gerrard (c) to play.

Looking good tstl. Though it's likely that one of Ferdinand or Corluka will not count as Upson dominated from the bench.
If the first 11 play you don't get the subs points though so if Gerrard (still a slight doubt), Ferdinand and Corluka play then the subs don't come into it.

No, the subs come on in order if one of the first 11 doesn't play, subject to a 3 defender minimum.

If Gerrard misses out then you'll get Upson's points.

Just joined... half decent day one thanks mainly to Upson. Several players left tomorrow, mind, so still a chance to get up.

The leader overall has 116 so far - all about the Arsenal...
2nd place has 115 with Torres still to kick a ball. All about putting Fabregas as captain week one it seems

Wow, **** so far:

Schwarzer- 6
Hangeland- 8
Corluka - Still to play
Terry- 2
Cahill- 2
Barry- 3
Geovanni- 1
Milner (C)- 4
Carrick - Still to play
Tevez- 1
Jo- 1

Very **** indeed.

EDIT: Fuming, have Zamora on my bench, and he goes and gets 9 points. Bah.

Solid 61-36 win this week. Have some injury woes though. Agger, Djourou are both goneski and Bellendi looks frozen out at Chelsea. Have to hit the transfer market.

Ridiculosuly relieved that I set Reina and not Howard as my starting keeper.

EDIT: Who's EPL Cream o' th crop. You're next tbh.

Poor 41 points for me this round.

Berby is on notice this round as is Carragher!

Spewing that I left Assou Ekotto on the bench, this will probably be his only goal of the year.

5 of my players teams arnt playing in game 2, which is ****ing annoying, can only transfer one out without taking a hit, and tbh as they are my cheapest 5, not much on offer to replace them.
