Nice picks, surprised at Cox, don't rate him that high personally.

He's a ruckman that can also play as an on-baller, that has silky skills. He's also a 4-time All Australian (last 4 years).

What don't you rate about him?

He's good, definitely, best ruckmen in the league. But there is not much competition for the all Aus ruck spot, him and maybe Hille.

Which makes him a more valuable player, right? Because there are less players who can do what he does.

I thought about Cox ahead of Ablett Jnr because, whilst Ablett Jnr is easily the best midfielder right now, one can argue Judd at his best is very similar at level.

Yet Hille, Sandilands, Fraser, McIntosh etc., even at their best, are no Cox.

Sort of like saying "MVP in the league isn't the same as best player in the league"

Yes agreed, he is the best at ground level, unlike some ruckmen, he can really become a hassle for opposition

Okay, firstly you need to set some rules.

How many people are you going to have before you go to the second round?
How are you going to determine the order beyond this first round?
    etc.

Drafts don't work like this at all.

    we need 8, at least.
    8 to 16.
I'll do a random draw to decide the order when we get the people needed. 22 rounds, so u have a complete side.
Cannot select a player from the side twice in a row so there is a bit of a mix.

they had an arguement about Hille and questioned if Hille plays well around the ground but poor in ruck, he shouldn't even be considered for the AllAteam as in that good a side you don't need a ruck who can't do the tap work as good as atleast 5-6 other ruckman in the league.
