-The Blazers make zero noise, are very mediocre, and fail to make the playoffs
-Dame watches as Steph Curry win his FOURTH NBA CHAMPIONSHIP and FMVP

-Blazers are once again mediocre
-Dame shuts down his season
-Dame fails to make the playoffs for the 2nd year in a row
-Dame after insulting other players as "running away from the grind" for getting away from bad situations and Requests a trade, hoping to join the Heat, who have made the finals 2x in the last 4 years
-Goes on a podcast and says he it would against his manliness to ever do a KD and join the warriors in 16-17 after they were the first seed in 15-16 won in 14-15.
-Finally gets himself traded to the Bucks who were the No.1 seed in 22-23 and won in 20-21.

Not that it's necessarily his fault.

Dame is obviously a top player but people are jumping the gun on their prospects as Middleton is injury prone, their defence has taken a big hit and the rest of their roster is very average (bar Giannis and old man Lopez of course)

They need to make more moves but don’t have many assets left

Not that it's necessarily his fault.
The criticism is that he has lost multiple playoff series due to him performing poorly - I) against weaker teams that his team was favoured to win against or II) got absolutely destroyed by some stronger playoff teams with Dame hardly putting up a fight.
