See Japan gave the sweaties a bit of a shoeing too.

What is also interesting is that Freddie Adu, hyped as the first seppo footy superstar since he could walk pretty much, has been selected for this tournament rather than the Yanks' full squad in the Copa America.

Tournament underway and Poland shock Brazil in first upset 1-0.
And when you consider Poland had a man sent off and Brazil have the next 'Kaka' in Alexandre Pato (not surprisingly he is a target for AC Milan) in their ranks, amongst others including that new Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva, that really is more dire then some of England's (senior) football team has put out in recent times.

Won't this Brazil side contain some players who were part of the U17 winning team back in 2006? Probably doesn't mean much at this level, so soon after. They did lose to The Gambia though.
