I'm heading for a heavy defeat this week unless my reds players and Pienaar scores tonnes of tries. Very unlikely to happen. Makes it interesting for next week with the doors still open.

Loss to Cometer makes things very interesting with one week to go. Still three in the race though I would be relying on losses from both Cometer and BB to take top spot.

Sorry about the double post before btw, not sure how that happened.

by my logic since I haven't had many try scorers in the past fortnight I'm due a big score . 1 week left.

Yep. Could cometer manage to wrestle defeat from the jaws of victory? Will it be the choke to end all chokes? Wonder if he has any kiwi blood? () Somers & me both win to keep the pressure on as stedly does us a favour by inflicting cometer's first loss of the season.

Elsewhere Matteh lifts himself from the foot in some style with the week's highest score & there are wins over Others for Simon and Cloete.

the choke of all chokes was done by myself last season where I slipped from 1st to 4th in the dying weeks . Let's hope I don't repeat myself this season.

62 points after the first two games for me.

Captain Habana still to play, hoping he can bag a few tries.

I'm around 80 atm. Don't think I'll choke unless Habana doesn't score any as I have him set as captain also.

Well so long as The Gerbils didn't bring him in this week, I think I'm set for a win. Will find out in around 8 or 9 hours time.

Yep, big congrats to cometer as he secures the title in some style by rattling up a very impressive 141 to see off The Gerbils. I manage to beat Hak to confirm second place & Somers beats an Other as he finishes third.

Elsewhere steds beats Matteh to secure seventh, Simon beats Cloete to end up in eighth, but marc goes down to the bottom-dwelling Other to condemn Norway to the spoon.

    Thanks to all who played.

thanks for running the competition. Came down to the last round in the end. I'm glad I traded Rathbone and Gerrard away in order to get Habana as that paid off.

Thanks for all the other players who competed as well. Made it more enjoyable then being put into a random league.
