With Chelsea there's no real challenge to be honest.

Try starting with a side from the conference or something, where you have to earn success.

Start in Italy with Ancona and get them back from Serie C2 to Serie A where they were a couple of seasons a go.

Or even Genoa (Unfortunatly for those who are them bribing the opposition is an option in this game :p )

That's pretty realistic.

Reminds me of the ultra-realistic USM98.
