why!!! even in monaco the qulify didnt had any impact to a great effect??

Because from today we have one qualifying session and most probably for a question which is asked in this round,the predictions will be remarkably easier after the qualifying results are known...

...think about it...I think it should be done

To be fair the top 5 in qualifying were top 5 at the end in some order!
