They're in a English league. :p
 Granted, but not one of the right ones:

Basically, everyone who enters the competition picks a single team anywhere on the English football ladder from Premiership to Conference (inc. FA Cup & FA Trophy) each weekend.

If the team wins, you stay in the competition. If they lose or draw, you're out. Postponed/abandoned matches are void. You can only select the same side once in each running of the competition. The last person left in the competition wins...
Second they allow birds teams into the Conference (or whatever it's calling itself nowadays) you're good, but until then.... :p

I think I've quoted that post more than any other...

Gender discrimination!

I'll take whoever's playing against Mansfield to win. Seems a solid bet.

Two more fall by the wayside, including reigning champ headhunter:

headhunter: The MK Dons 1 (Brentford 1)
biased Indian: Newcastle 2 v Derby 2

4 still standing:

Matteh: whoever's playing (Chesterfield 2) against Mansfield 0 to win
Jamee: Blackburn 0 v Chelsea 1
Vimes: Leeds 1 vs Bristol Rovers 0
Brumby: Dirty Leeds 1 to beat Brizzle Rovers 0

Fixtures from the BBC. As there's a full league program on the 26th & 27th are we going to squeeze an extra round in this week? If not it'll be 29th-31st Dec only. I'm cool either way. :)

Tempted to go with yer Scousers, but will take Watford to beat Cardiff instead, as dirty as backing the home town of Elton John, George Michael & Geri Halliwell makes me feel.

Bah. Two fallers:

Jamee: Leicester 2 v Ipswich 0
Brumby: Watford 2 to beat Cardiff 2

Two remain:

Matteh: Derby 1 v Liverpool 2
Vimes: Swansea 4 v Cheltenham 1

Norway were about a minute from the win, but Stevie G keeps Matteh alive.

Fixtures from the Beeb. Games played 29th-30th Dec only.
