Question, I can't pick teams to lose again either? And can I pick a team I previously picked to lose a match to win a different one and vice versa?

Teams can only be used to win or lose once in each running of the comp but teams one has used to win or lose can be used for the opposite outcome. So you can use AFC Wimbledon or Queens Park Rangers to lose & Bath City or Leicester City to win.

Yup. So much so it's pretty hard to even draw an analogy from your code of football with its salary caps and even spread of talent. Suffice to say West Brom hadn't beaten Arsenal away in 27 years and The Arsenal were unbeaten so far this season.
