nibbs I think he's having a go at you.

Just pick up some good second hand balls from your pro shop.. sheesh. Golf balls are the most overrated trash around (apart from County cricket :p). I seem to be able to put more spin on normal balls rather than "Ultimate Spin" balls. SO just get the cheapest you can really.

OK mate the most important thing to consider is what's strong in your game. You're a young bloke who I'd imagine would have quite a bit've strength so if you got a good swing steer clear of distance balls, more commonly reffered to as rocks.

As I know you're not totally taken into golf and play all the ****ing time I wouldn't recommend a spin ball or a balata (Pro V) because they'll get way too much bite for you and you don't need to spend the money.

I found myself when I was around your stage using Optima TS's. They're a great all round ball. Also look at the Precept range, they perform very well and won't break the budget, but the TS's are what you really want.

It's important to understand that the who golf ball range is made by two companies, Srixon and Precept. Titleist, Nike and all the other brands get these companies to make the balls for them, as they specialise in rubber. So a lot of the balls are the same just with different logos on them...

Still go the TS's

Hope that helps

Just go to Captin' Snooze and buy a pillow, because that's what golf does to you, sends you to sleep.

they're sold to the same people who'd buy that hat Kevin Costner has on to fix his swing in that golf movie (the name of which has slipped my mind! haha).
