could you just clarify,at which point i can transfer players in and out ,as the window doesnt quite seem clear with this competiton?

You can make live transfers at the start of the day and at the end of the day.

You can also make what's known as "Pending Transfers" when a game is in progress. "Pending Transfers" apply automatically to your team at the end of a days play.

Does this mean, i can take and leave one player only once ?
