    Swiss unlucky to be knocked out. Could have put to bed in the first half, but regrouped and created more towards the end of the game.

    Yeah I agree. Should mirror rugby really, yellow card gets you 10 minutes in the bin, review the list of yellow card offences (get anything to do with celebrating to ****), denying a goal scoring opportunity becomes a yellow (unless it's really cynical like deliberate handball or just obviously fouling without trying to win the ball - allow refs to use technology so they don't have to make a split second yellow v red call if they're not sure) and also go with the rugby 'rule' where if a team is constantly fouling then you can invoke the 'next one to foul gets binned' principle.
