Northern Ireland really need a goal here, they're well on top. At this level you need to make dominance pay.

They've been so much better than last week it's unreal. Look genuinely dangerous at times, especially from set pieces.

Pyatov might be the most impressive keeper I've seen so far. Smothers chances with ease that other keepers (Hart) would be struggling to get to.

Yes, they were just trying to hold on for a 0-0 against Poland, it was very one-sided.

If they hold out here getting a point against Poland would have been massive. They'd virtually be through.

I never cheer for Wales or Scotland, and the Republic I only did when Aldo was playing, but can't help but root for Norn Iron here

I'm actually slightly emotional given I've never had the chance to see Northern Ireland at a major finals and it's 20 years and counting since I've seen Scotland win at a major tournament. Christ knows how the real Ulsterman on this board feels instead of the plastic 3rd generation Scot

Haha yeah was incredible, could hear everyone celebrating outside my house like we'd won the thing. Such a performance too, rock solid and the extra goal could be the difference that gets us through.

good to see Northern Ireland do well
And once the storm is over you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure,in fact, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm you won’t be the same person who walked in. Haruki Murakami .

    How old are you then?

I remember them at Mexico 86 though despite going to a game in Spain 82 I can't remember anything about them in that tournament.

McGinn cost my brother's mate £196, had McAuley to score and 1-0 @195/1.
